I used to go here my first year of living in denton and they did a good job. Then I took a bridesmaid dress to be cleaned (a dress I could definitely wear again). When I went to pick it up, there was a hole in the top left area of the dress that wasn't there before and the sash that went with it was missing! How could they expect me to pay for that?
They fixed the hole but did a terrible job because you can clearly see the mess. Luckily they found the missing sash but to put icing on a horrible cake, they made him pay for the hole they fixed that THEY themselves caused! I have never been back since and refuse to go.
This business has been in this location for a while now. I have been using Best 1 hrs cleaners for about 2 years now and I have no complaints.
The alteration lady is awesome. I needed my suit tapers and i had a funeral to go to in less than 2 hours. The counter person called the alteration lady and she came and personally fixed my suit for me. That is called AWESOME service

When I asked them how the hole got there they had the nerve to say that it was like that when they got it. WRONG! I have photos proving that it was in perfect condition before they put their hands on it. I couldn't hold back tears as a dress from a dear friends wedding and something I spent good money on was ruined by a bunch of greedy people who don't care about other's property. I had them fix it and I couldn't stomach facing them so my husband went to get it for me.
They are punctual and if i need clothes back ASAP, they work with me and try to get it back soon too (although i'm really lazy and i'm grateful that they even work w/ me).
I go to Zenith cleaners off Ft Worth Drive now and they are very friendly and helpful.
