First time customer and they lost half of the items I took. It's been about two weeks and they still have not given me a refund nor found my items. As a first time customer, I'm very dissatisfied and will definitely not come back here again. Would not recommend this place. I've been to many dry cleaners before and this has never happened. Also, manager seems to never be there, according to the Staff.
Marky's Dry Cleaners has the best customer service in town. Marks motto is happy employees make for happy customers. The smiling faces speak for them selves. Thanks you to those employees and customers for making it a great experience. I hope you'll understand if I toot my own horn.
The worst business in the world and never go to this dry cleaner ever!!!!! on July 28 I dropped my Louis Vuitton handbag( in perfect condition except some stains) at Marky's Dry Cleaners to clean some stains and the staff took the bag and gave me a customer claim check which formed a customer and business relationship between Mark's dry cleaners and me, not anybody else. after more than a month waiting period I went there to pick up the bag and shockingly found the bag was torn apart inside completely and the leather was serious damaged by being over heated and completely out of shape, there's no way I can use that bag for anything. So I provided all the information they asked for compensation process. After many times I calling them, weeks later they said they sent the bag to their sub-contractor to fix it. some other weeks went by, i called and called and the manager named Megan told me they are not going to compensate me cause things happens sometimes, the bag was damaged by their subcontractor not their shop and she yelled at me and hanged up on me rudely. i went back there again and took a look at the bag, it's worse than last time cause they tried to use some cheap glue to glue back the liners and it didn't work so I left there without picking up the damaged bag. obviously they took a job which they had no clue how to do it at all and seriously damaged the bag and kicking the balls back and forth and avoid compensating their customer for the damage.at this point, i can only wish the title of the best in Denton hanging in Mark's Dry Cleaners became the title of The worst in Denton, Also I pray to God that Mark E. Kerr as the owner and the decision maker of this business will get a hit and run on the road whenever he is on the road cause he deserves it just like he said well things happens, only then he will understand what his customer feels when they are seriously screwed by him!!!!!!!!
Love the people that work there, super friendly, but too many times my husband's shirts would have big grease spots on them that weren't there when we dropped them off. He would discover the damage every time when he went to wear them on his out-of-town business trips. Happened numerous times, so we gave up. I asked the normally friendly gal to please let the owner know why we will not continue our service there, wow, she turned into an extremely unfriendly person, rude actually. out of 3 yrs., it has been the last yr. that we started having problems.
We took my husband's suits to be cleaned, went back next day after 5:00 to pick them up
when they brought them to the front there no plastic cover on them and there was cat or dog hair on the suits and hair hair. I will not be going back there. I had to give them one star to be able to post this
