I have used them several times and never had a problem. Very kind and courteous. Volunteered to look up the final price for me since I had brought in a long coat and semi-formal dress and did it in a couple of minutes before I left so I would be know before coming in to pick up. For someone on a tight budget this was extremely helpful.
I would advise everyone to take their clothes to a different cleaners. We have had a tough time dealing with the staff after they lost an article of clothing that was needed for a wedding. We understand that mistakes happen but a poor attitude and disrespectful actions are not accidents.
Absolutely terrible experience with this business. A very expensive item of clothing was ruined by this cleaners and they will not accept responsibility. I brought the item back twice to be re-cleaned and it was returned with more stains each time! Customer service does not exist, the employees are rude, and the owner is nowhere to be found. If you value your time and money, take your business elsewhere!!
