The next couple of times he did this he would go back 3 to 6months, and claim there was a service not paid. I was constantly digging for payment proof to this businesses on my bank statements. Even if I paid my laundry before I left the manager would still claim there were previous balances and then hold my laundry hostage. Mind you my kids and wife uniforms were in this laundry. The anxiety of taking my clothes there for service got to be too much. You never know what ticket he is going to claim from months to a year prior that wasn't paid. I'm a student and I don't know about the rest of you but my money goes to classes and gas for work. I cant afford 45 to $50.00 random invoices for services the manager claim wasn't paid. I spoke to one of the employees that I would see on campus. She said that the manager does this all the time. This guy is a Crook!
Manager is a crook! You are quoted one price with a ticket invoice walking out the door, and then later you get a text from the manager quoting a different price. The manager did this to me 3 times! The first time he went back to the previous year!! claiming there was a service not paid and he was attaching this charge with my current charge which put the price to over $100.00.
And their prices are still SKY HIGH with the student discounts!
Been going to this place a little over 2 years. Very clean, I absolutely love the large washers. Staff is always friendly.
The clean and comfortable environment is the best part about this laundry mat. I will pay the extra for this anyday!
Can in today 11-17 to wash a few loads this was our second time at the Wash it kwik in Denton. We came for Rhome not a short drive, we had other stuff to do in Denton. We linked the place from the first time we where there, but we could have gone to places closer to home. The owner/ manager came over to me all must in a run with fork in hand and food in his mouth.
Asking about my service dog. A small rat terrier mix. Owner / manager said my dog did not look like a service dog. Unclear what he thinks a service dog should look like. Then started firing question at me. Where was the dog trained, who trained the dog. The dog was wearing his service gear. I have stayed in hotels, hotels that do not allow pets. The dog has been on airplanes. Never I was very hurt from his integration. There are laws he needs to look in to them. Some disabled people want to keep their disability private. I will not be going there again. All my friends will hear about this. I can only hope this person will learn the laws regarding services dogs, before someone takes him to court.
