Got there at 7:40 to make sure it was quick. Out at 8:30 only because I had to fill out a form. Otherwise I would have been done at 8:10. Very fast & efficient. Seemed that each customer spent approximately 10 minutes at the window.
This place is a freaking joke. I have the poor, poor luck of living in the wonderful town of Frisco, but being in Denton county by about 1 mile....YUCK!!! Texas already makes getting new tags when you move here a dang nightmare, but it REALLY sucks to get stuck going to this terrible office, where apparently only 1 person can service such requests, and they take a nice long break as a rush picks up!
Good thing I have all day to piss away. Keeping your vehicles legal shouldn't be such a burden. You have to take a vacation day just for this...
Every time I go, I've found the service to be fast and efficient. The workers are amazing and friendly. If you have your "stuff"together, you get in and out fast. There will be times I'm sure the wait will be lengthy due to the volume of people but I never feel inconvenienced and they work as fast and thorough to see your accommodated.
Two hours for a title transfer.. haven't even seen anyone yet..
