Took half an hour at tge drive thru for anyone's good to come out, and when mine finally did, even after specifying that I had a sweet tea, they handed me a coke and my good was barely even considered warm. Will not be returning.
Came here for breakfast at 10 am and they were out of coffee!! Guy waited until I made my whole family order until he told me about the coffee. I asked him why and he said "because I have to make some coffee and I haven't had time yet". What a good service, huh? I am not coming back.
Horrible customer service. Dont know why i bother coming here. Second time ive had an issue with these people at this location.
Think they forgot to turn on the AC..tables were sticky and dirty...seem pretty slow at getting food for having 5 adults in the whole joint. Always like to try different things...good variety of burgers....Sharonda not very outgoing and talkative...you gotta speak up talk to your customers...
I went there today and right before I got my food the lady at the window coughed a couple times in her palm and then proceeded to give me my food afterwards without washing or hands or anything. She was a nice lady so I didn't have the heart to ask her to wash her hands, so I just threw away the food after I left. Whoever is the manager shouldn't let her work today she clearly is really sick(her eyes show it real bad) and spreading whatever it is to all your customers
