Hard to give this location more than a 3 star. I've been here many times and have given them several opportunities to handle things correctly. High turn over in staff. Table and chairs are dirty and need repair.
Chili's is a great regular American cuisine restaurant that offers a great meal and excellent service. I will admit to have dined here multiple times before this review, but I would say the overall experience is very acceptable. The food is good quality with an average wait time. I would recommend this place for bar-goers and sports fans as they have a bar area with several HD TVs. If I may add one little flaw, it would be the chips. there are a little oversalted, and with a slight excess of oil. There was a better quality to the chips my most recent visit, but they could be made with a little less of the latter above. However, given my experience, I would say Chili's Grill & Bar has earned my positive recommendation for it's future patron to read. Enjoy!
I had always thought that Chili's was a Mexican restaurant. While they do have some items that were sort of Mexican, most everything on the menu was spiced up American food. I was able to eat the chili. It was really good. And I'm fairly certain the food on the menu is all quite tasty. If you have a sensitive mouth and can't eat spicy foods think twice about Chili's. On the other hand if spicy food is your thing, then Chili's is for you. I wish I could eat at Chilis. The aroma was oh so nice! The restaurant was clean, decorated very nicely. The servers were extremely knowledgeable regarding the menu and they were friendly. There was nice music. If you haven't tried Chili's, give it a try. You might just be pleasantly surprised.
The wait staff and bartender are always friendly and food delivery is timely.
Togo usually gets it wrong, and if it does not then the cooks will do it for them. The food is/or should be good (I love Chili's food), but this location is ridiculous. Management needs to step up their game.
