This location has improved. They used to be out of food items all the time. They seem to have fixed that problem for some time now. The only problem now (which is why I give them 4 stars instead of 5) is inconsistency with the quantity from server to server. I always get the bowl. Some of them are generous with the portions. Others barely give you a little bit. One time one of them only filled the bowl half full. Half the time I have to order double meat just to get enough not to be hungry and then pay extra for what other servers give as a normal helping. Come on Chipotle! Stop being so stingy on the portions!
I ordered take out for a lunch appointment. The manager was attentive, offered me a drink while I waited, was very personable and carried my order to my car. The order was labeled correctly and was enjoyed by my staff. Thanks for an effortless (by me) surprise for the office!
They make great good. If they run out of certain options they are always very polite and try to make your experience better with a drink or coupon.
I love chiptole food, but lately at this particular location they have been giving less and less food. I order extra rice and I get less and less every time. I think I'm going to go to the one on Hickory Street from now on.
This place used to be good, now it sucks! I just threw away my burrito after a couple bites cuz it was awful.
