Dr. Thompson is amazing! He is empathetic, patient, humble, and caring. He is also very knowledgeable, thorough and proactive. He uses both traditional and functional medicine to treat you as a whole person, not just an isolated set of symptoms. His staff is very accommodating and friendly, and they work hard to ensure that your patient experience is a positive one. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Thompson for anyone who is looking for a family practitioner.

I love Dr Thompson! This practice was the best choice I have ever made in PCP care so much so that My parents, best friend, and coworker have all transferred care here after they heard me talk non-stop about how wonderful everyone truly is at this practice. If I could give more stars I would!
I will let everyone know, you will never find a kinder person nor a more wonderful doctor as Dr. Thompson. His staff is the most wonderful staff I have ever been involved with. I am hearing impaired, with many medical issues. Dr. Thompson and his staff have sometimes jokingly said I am one of his nicest most complicated patients! This always brings a good laugh to me and others. It is all in good humor and the whole staff has a beautiful sense of humor. I affectionately call him Doc. You will never find a more loving and caring group of people. I am happy to call them my friends, my brothers and sisters in the Lord--and most of all, these people, including Dr. Thompson, are some of the sweetest and kindest people you will ever meet. If you had a bad experience, I hope you found someone you like. Trust me, if you have found anyone more kind and sweeter than these people, great! If I ever leave this area, I will personally miss tremendously these beautiful people that I have been with for almost four years. Why change docs when you already got the best there is. Right?
I'm not one that really cares for doctors but I have to admit Dr. Thompson and staff are a group that surprised me. Dr. Thompson surprised me, he listened to what I had to say and immediately had a plan and started explaining the game plan. The first visit did bloodwork and a couple other tests to give himself a starting point so he had a better idea of where to start(he is the first Dr. I have ever had do that)as opposed to simply writing a fistful of prescriptions and sending me back out the door. Aubrey at the front desk is the best, shes sweet and helpful over the phone and is on top of things when you show up in the office, and if she doesn't immediately have the answer is very quick to let you know that she will have to find out and does in fact actually get back to you in a timely manner. I just do not have a bad thing to say about Dr. Thompsons office or his staff and that's rare for me so I have to give him 5 STARS.
