I've always gotten friendly service but sometimes the wait especially late in the afternoon can be a bit long, although nurses are extremely nice you can kinda tell they're overwhelmed some more than others because they have to pick up the slack but other than that they are great.
Terrible reception services. I called and the person who answered simply said "PLEASE HOLD" and then proceeded to place me on hold for over 10 minutes. I finally hung up. If this is the same urgency with which Dr. Evans and his staff attends to his patients, then no thanks. Rigor mortis will have set in before we even get to the check-in forms.
The staff behind the counter leaves a little to be desired as far as feeling welcome. The medical staff is nice but seem to be a bit overwhelmed with the volume of traffic through their facility. If you want to kill half a day waiting in the reception area then about another hour in the exam room this is the place for you. I felt as if I was a # and not a patient. I really had a good feeling upon transferring to this Doctor and reading all of the nice things on his website, but the reality is he is too busy.
I agree that the reception people are not friendly. I called to make an appointment and instead of saying "Thank you" or even "Goodbye" she just hung up. I have also been put on hold and I think forgotten about. Medical people are great though and that's why I continue to go.
