I was very pleased with the attention given to my schnauzer Ruckus. I brought him in without an appointment because he was vomiting and had extremely bloody diarrhea. The staff was very helpful and the doctor was very thorough. I was given an estimate of cost and why those steps needed to be taken. 24 hours later they had Ruckus feeling much better.
They have always treated me and my pets superb!
I can't say enough good things about this office! The entire staff is amazing. My dog went into Companion Animal Hospital what looked to be her death bed. She was unable to stand, wouldn't eat, was cold to the touch. Dr. Valenciano was able to diagnose her quickly with Addison's Disease and was able to turn her around from being nearly unresponsive to walking and eating again. I can't thank them enough for saving my sweet Snickers. We will be going to see them from now on for any pet needs. The doctor went above and beyond and was kind enough to call me with updates. Thank you so much!!!!
I have been using Companion Animal Hospital for 7 years now, and have been very pleased. What I like most is they take the best interest of the animal at heart. I have always trusted this office with decisions and treatment options for my animals over the years. I have had to deal with some bad outcomes with some of my past pets, and the care/concern at this office is amazing. As pet owners we always want to do what is best for our pets, but sometimes that may limit us financially. Doc always takes a very sensible approach to treatment options, and that says a lot about the integrity of this business. Chandra and Raquel are always very helpful and professional. Thank you Dr Valenciano and staff for being a great vet for Denton pets!!
